Orders placed after 12 noon may be processed the next working day. Please note - deliveries may require a signature or recipients name at the point of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery as any orders that have to be re-delivered may incur an additional re-delivery charge. A surcharge will be applied to deliveries in remote areas. If you require delivery to an island such as the Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Scilly, contact our sales team for a quotation. VAT will be charged on the delivery cost. |

FORS Deliveries To Site
On request we can arrange special deliveries to secure addresses such as Network Rail, Crossrail, nuclear and military sites. If you require special delivery to site approved under Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS), please contact our sales team for a quotation on 01462 421 333.
Delivery Address
- Goods can be delivered either to your home address or an alternative address.
- If paying by credit or debit card we recommend that goods are delivered to the address associated with the card.
- If you request delivery to an alternative address this raises security issues and verification in these circumstances may delay your order.
- Please Note: If you request an order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, it is at your own risk
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).
In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
Important
Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the time frames stated, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Please do not arrange for labour or access to apply the products until they are in your possession.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual carrier. Promain (UK) will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods.
